Step back by the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office: no precautionary measures envisaged for the Juventus club. The details
The Turin Public Prosecutor's Office has decided to waive the precautionary measures against Juventus. The hearing, initially scheduled for December 21st, is therefore cancelled, due to the renunciation of the appeal.
Among the precautionary measures there was the preventive seizure against Juventus of around 437 thousand euros. The investigating judge of the Court of Turin, Ludovico Morello, however, rejected the accusations on the salary maneuver because they are linked to the covid emergency.
